Are we the right coaching match?

I love working with people who are truly willing to change and ready to commit and open their hearts and minds to new perspectives and experiences. Coaching requires a lot of courage and honesty and that’s why it is so important to have a good connection and trust from the beginning. My clients are very good in what they do but have a deep desire to show up more authentically in the world. This yearning to create a meaningful life is the fuel for our coaching journey.

 

What can I expect from the coaching sessions?

Our coaching sessions begin by exploring what issues you would like to address, understanding who you are, and what you want to achieve. Together, we will work on a plan to achieve your goals at the moment and as your coach, I will act as your accountability partner to support you to take action, one step at a time. The more open the individual is to discovery and change, the more effective the sessions will be.

 

Where are the sessions held?

I work with clients either face-to-face, by phone, or video chat. Phone and video chat sessions are just as effective as face-to-face sessions with the advantage that we can do it from the convenience of our home or office.

 

How long do I need coaching for?

The length of our coaching relationship is really up to you.  Every coaching relationship is unique and it takes two to tango — you have all the answers, I create a safe space and coach you to find your own answers and unlock what’s within. Depending on the need and learning style of the client, I offer different coaching packages.

Coaching vs Therapy

Therapy focuses on the past and seeks to bring people to normal function with the focus on healing. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on the present and takes you from where you are now to where you want to be. It is action-oriented, helps you to tap into your potential, and set personal and professional goals to live the life you desire. You can transform your life by creating new beliefs and taking small steps to achieve your bigger goal.
